Where are the Conference Facilities?

Our largest conference room is the Victoria Room, located on level 4. The Victoria Room is ideal for seminars and conferences for up to 140 people. The Atrium, located on level 5, is a rooftop room surrounded by a terrace suitable for more informal functions, with a theatre-style seating capacity of 25 and boardroom-style seating capacity of up to 15.

All rooms are available for hire throughout the year. Upon booking confirmation, a $40 (inc GST) deposit is required.

The Atrium, Level 5, offers fantastic views of the CBD in a light-filled setting.

  • Small kitchenette with sink, urn, some cupboard space and water dispenser

Ground floor

Ground Floor Function and Exhibition Space

  • Ideal for art exhibitions or fundraising events

  • Easily accessible by the public

  • Toilet facilities and women’s shower

Hours of operation

QVWC Office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. After-hours or weekend functions will require the presence of a security guard on site. This must be arranged through the Centre management at a cost of $40 (including GST) per hour.
