Sexually Transmitted Infections
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) refer to any of the various diseases that you usually get through sexual intercourse or other intimate sexual contact. They can be caused by bacteria, viruses or parasites. Anyone who is sexually active can catch one and most can be prevented by using condoms.
