Workplace Sexual Harassment
What is workplace sexual harassment? The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC) defines workplace sexual as any unwelcome sexual advance, unwelcome request for sexual favours, or other unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature which makes a person feel humiliated or intimidated, or where a reasonable person in those same circumstances might feel humiliated or intimidated. Sexual harassment is against the law and there are services that can help you.
